We have more than 20 years of product development, branding and marketing success.   To match the rapid growth and launch of several amazing new products, we are seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Planner to join our Global Supply Chain Department.   General Summary: The Demand and Supply Chain Planner will be responsible for S&OP execution through developing production plans and analysis for the Global Supply Chain organization, specifically ensuring efficient planning and flow of materials throughout the entire supply chain from the supply base to support product shipments for both new launches and existing production in global distribution centers. This position interfaces with internal business partners and the Demand organization to determine requirements and develop production build plans which meet objectives, optimize inventory investment, and facilitate efficient utilization of manufacturing resources. The planner will also be responsible for continuously improving the SC processes and systems while continuously assisting the planners.   Primary Duties and Responsibilities: -  Independently Perform analysis where data gathering, working with internal and external stakeholders, selection of analytical methods, and synthesizing many quantitative and qualitative inputs is - Lead forecasting new items, foreseeing changes and impacts to brand while providing weekly updates on planning - Manage and track Brand Clean up, this includes Master Data Governance and - Prepares reports on Brand Performance and work with team to improve KPI’s. - Interact with the multifunctional team to capture and input sales forecasts into the supply & demand plan in the Pre-S&OP - Partner with the procurement team to provide supplier - Project Lead on continuous systems improvements. This includes engaging with sourcing, Fulfillment centers and IT teams to improve the systems and accuracy leading to more data accuracy and efficiency through - Optimize Inventory: - Define target inventory levels, reorder points, and safety stock - Rebalance inventory between different distribution centers to reduce excess and stock outs - Support product lifecycle – work with product management team to implement soft and hard - Create, maintain, and ensure execution of all plan responsibilities for production to support the objectives of assigned products globally. (Finished goods forecasting and Materials Requirements Planning). - Support Supply Chain leadership in the projection of sales opportunity and inventory relief in support of Budget and/or Sales and Operating Plan (S&OP) commitments through collaboration with Brand, Purchasing and Channel - Identify and lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and - Track significant forecast-to-actual unit variances and recommend appropriate actions to cross functional marketing teams for the usage of excess - Work within the MRP system (Oracle 12) to plan and execute filled intermediate production optimizing MRP exception messages, On-Time-Delivery (“OTD”), Past Dues, meeting Inventory Weeks of Stock (WOS) targets, manage Excess, and Forecast Accuracy along with other performance goals as outlined in department - Analyze, adjust and maintain monthly, MRP planning parameters to align with service and inventory targets. Collaborate with Sourcing for joint responsibility maintaining inventory levels within approved safety stock and inventory policy guidelines. In addition, collaborate with Sourcing to maintain Sourcing Rules to meet department objectives. - Utilize tools to analyze global inventory for a specific product group and align for optimal service level performance with minimal inventory in global network. - Participate in product life cycle planning with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Packaging/Product Development and Technology to determine unit demand during new product introductions, product maturity and end-of-life periods. - Additional duties may be assigned.
