That is why over 4 million women have trusted us for over 15 years.   General Summary: Our Manager, Paid Social & Digital Acquisition is responsible for supporting the creative production & analysis for all paid digital acquisition channels, including paid social, display, search, email, and new channels as needed. You will excel in this role if you love analyzing creative performance, generating new creative ideas, and working with multiple creative teams and partners to execute ideas quickly.   Responsibilities: · Work closely with our Director, Paid Social & Digital Acquisition, and own our creative testing strategy to help ensure we are consistently delivering new creative assets to all digital channels. · Determine the creative direction for new ads by analyzing past performance, pulling out key insights about copy, imagery, video, format, etc. and making recommendations based on data. · Constantly generate new ad ideas designed for direct response/performance marketing to prospect new customers. · Work with our internal creative team, external creative agencies, and other creative partners to ensure new ad ideas are in market in a timely manner. · Establish partnerships with new creative partners/creative platform tools as needed and manage communication with influencers/creators either directly or in conjunction with our PR/affiliate teams. · Own the strategy for AB testing new creative ideas, including establishing primary KPIs. · Work in conjunction with our Ecommerce team to develop and test new landing pages and buy flow experiences. · Route all finished creative to key stakeholders, including working closely with our Brand, Legal and Clearance teams to ensure creative is compliant and on brand. · Stay current with social and digital platform tech and trend developments and standard methodologies to push innovative concepts. · Analyze and communicate marketing performance to senior management and stakeholders. · Continually strive for operational/logistic strategy and efficiency. · Assist in overseeing agency/vendor relationships.   Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field · 4+ years of related paid social and digital marketing experience, with an in-depth understanding of direct response marketing and creative production · Experience in developing, planning, producing, and launching multiple creative concepts across all social and digital platforms (ad development is a plus) · Knowledge of best practices for email campaign creative and copy · Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations · Experience managing creative teams and agencies · Experience setting up and analyzing A/B tests and landing pages · Experience with Facebook Ads Manager & Reports and Google Analytics, focusing on creative performance · Highly interpersonal and collaborative team player · Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects at once · Well-honed communication/presentation skills · Strong business acumen. Relates to the overall business result and translates into digital channel activity · Ability to prioritize workload and deliver results against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting   Workspace: · Meaningful Beauty operates in a collaborative, flexible, hybrid workspace. Founded on the concept of supporting women to look and feel their best, most confident, most authentic and most relevant at every age, we seek to find our Sr Director of New Product & Research Development leader who can give creative life to this mission.   General Summary: Meaningful Beauty is seeking a seasoned Sales leader with 10+ years successful track record of targeting, winning, and maintaining new market opportunities.  Must have strong entrepreneurial spirit with an aggressive go-getter attitude and unwavering initiative to act as Brand Champion with adaptability, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills.     The SR Director, B2B Strategy & Development is responsible for overseeing all Brick & Mortar retail initiatives, as well as E-Tail initiatives for Meaningful Beauty. A key requirement of this position is to grow & develop relationships with new/existing B2B partners, lead, direct and manage the sell-in/sell-through strategies and tactics and manage all partner relationships to continually grow and scale the retail business.   This position will require an intimate knowledge of B2B partners, their platforms, ecosystems, opportunities and capabilities. This position will partner closely with marketing brand managers,and direct response experts to drive collaborative omnichannel brand and product launches. It is also an expectation that this position brings industry connection, knowledge, and network in order to grow the business beyond our current core brands and partnerships.     This position requires an enthusiastic multi-tasker with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and an ability to build relationships across internal and external teams. This person needs to be able to drive strategies as well as guide data-driven tactical decision in close to real time.     Primary Duties and Responsibilities:    - Have responsibility for a multi-million-dollar P&L, forecasting quarterly, budgets and annual goals for revenue.  - Develop a complete understanding of Meaningful Beauty business:  goals, objectives, profitability, merchandising structure, marketplace positioning/rationale, logistics and finance.   - Provide market input and feedback regarding competitive landscape, market needs, competitive trends, and other strategy shifts.  - Act as Brand Champion, proactively and consistently develop new business opportunities and new markets that leverage the company's branding strengths and points of difference   - Manage a team of marketing specialists.  - Own and manage all aspects of Amazon, Retail, wholesalers, and other marketplaces.  - Use data-driven decisions to drive optimal strategies as well as develop strategies to continuously reduce unauthorized reselling activities in marketplaces.  - Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to manage inventory, develop innovative strategy for excess inventory depletion, new product launches and marketplace exclusive product variations.  - Work with team on Forecasting and Inventory management goals and initiatives.  - Collaborate with senior leaders and peers to drive growth across all on-line marketplaces.  - Analyze KPIs to gain insights and drive desired outcomes.  - Develop a strategy for new product launches within the Marketplace.  - Innovate, create, and execute on cross channel marketing initiatives to drive increased awareness and sales in marketplaces.  - Lead the launch of international B2B expansion.  - Lead and execute the development of a national retail sales rollout strategy based on how it relates to market position, goals & objectives to include specific sales objectives, gross margin and required investments.    Qualifications, Education and Experience Required:    - Demonstrated success building and leading B2B sales in Beauty/Personal Care/Wellness   - Ability to develop and deliver realistically aggressive sales plans (sell-in and sell-through), including the financial organization of these plans (Excel skills)   - Successful management of vendor funding and terms negotiations within budget (co-op, RTV’s, markdowns, promotional, displays, training/education, sampling etc.)    - Willingness to perform as an individual contributor then scaffold growth by recruiting, leading, and motivating the appropriate team infrastructure (Education, Training, Account Management)   - Experience building strong account cross-functional partnerships (buying, inventory, training/education, web, store teams, planograms) to deliver sales goals within budget    - Have sense of commitment and ability to act with urgency taking educated risks   - Ability to travel 20%   - Bachelor’s Degree required
